From the editor

I first met young Mr. Yamasaki when he appeared in a seminar I went to on NLP (neuro-linguistic programming). At the time, he was managing the company that sponsored the seminar. When I heard he had developed the new program NRT (“Natural Returning Transformation”) I decided to participate in all the seminars. The content was simple but jolting. The true form of life’s difficulties that everyone feels, and which are the source of the strain of modern society, are clearly explained. Plus, techniques for liberating yourself from values that have trapped you are vividly outlined. Once you discover it, you’ll wonder why you never noticed something so simple before, but behind that knowledge, a profound world will open up. This book is a substantial work of over 400 pages, but there’s still a lot that couldn’t be put in. Let’s cheer for a sequel to be published!
