Yoko Takahashi

Dr. Yoko Takahashi graduated from Tokyo Women’s Medical University in 1985. She has also been a lecturer and ophthalmologist at the Jikei University School of Medicine and an associate professor at Doshisha University’s Anti-aging Medical Research Center, and has studied abroad at Harvard University. She currently practices at her own Mitani Eye Clinic. She is also still active in the research and popularization of anti-aging medical science. She studies heart, mind, and brain health in search of simple health methods that promote long-lasting youthfulness and beauty.
