Why do some people always forget important things?
A charismatic authority on the bar examination gives instructions on how to control your memory at will.

Description

Mr. Makoto Ito, a well-known “charismatic authority on the bar examination” and principal of the Ito Preparatory School, says that you can strengthen your memory throughout your life.
The bar examination is said to be the most difficult examination to pass in Japan. Examinees have to memorize vast amounts of information and be able to apply it well. There are people over 60 years old who started studying for the exam and passed it. You may wonder if there is something special about these people, but there isn’t. It’s a matter of possessing the right memory techniques. For example, knowing the trick to effectively memorize and recall information, and taking a keen interest in the subject matter that you intend to memorize.
In this book, the author introduces techniques that he has developed while teaching many students and that he himself has put into practice. This method is designed to give people complete freedom in controlling their memory.

From the editor

This book introduces several memory techniques that I wish I had known earlier. For example, going over what you did the previous day before embarking on the tasks of a new day, using colored pencils, changing the kind of paper or pen that you use, having realistic fantasies, and so on. Of course, these are methods that you can apply immediately, and they will teach you how to control your memory and live a happy life.
I hope that you will be able to get a taste of the deep message in this book.
