Contents:
People experience difficulty with work, interpersonal relationships, love, family, school, and health, and they worry about how to deal with hardships. Maybe they lament and ask, "Why am I the only one who has to suffer like this?" During these times, what is the one thing that can help someone bounce back from despair?
The author was in his 20s, living a normal salaried worker's life, when his nervous system suddenly stopped working properly. He fell ill and was told how long he had left to live. Fighting a disease that has no cure was unimaginable at first.
Amidst that turmoil, he learned how to live without suffering, and this book is full of hints on how to overcome struggles. Leaf through it when everything goes wrong and when your heart is breaking.

A word from the editor:
The author, Akihiro Kobayashi, is so cheerful and pleasant that it can make you doubt that he's really sick. (And he's handsome too!) What you don't see when you look at him is a struggle that people with healthy bodies can't even imagine.
In this book, Mr. Kobayashi has written "realizations" that are completely new. Get the book and see for yourself. I'm certain that this book will help you see things in a different light.
Author:Akihiro Kobayashi
Akihiro Kobayashi was born in Tokyo in 1972. While still in his 20s, he was diagnosed with multiple neuritis, dissociated sensory impairment, and autonomic dysfunction, and then was admitted to the hospital for a long stay. The doctors could not treat the disorders occurring in multiple organs, so symptomatic treatment was brought to an end. His body began to shut down gradually, and his condition was officially added to the Japan Disease Center's List of Intractable Diseases. Doctors gave him an estimate on how long he had to live, but he decided to go to Australia for the only treatment that could stall the progression of the disease. He waited for a donor for a year before he finally underwent a successful liver transplant. After returning to Japan, he started writing to advocate transplants that give people inside and outside Japan a second chance at life. He received a book offer when his children's book and website activities were recognized. He wrote this book with the hope that it would help people who are struggling under difficult conditions.
