I want to eat vegetables, but it's such a bother to prepare meals by myself...If you've ever felt this way, there's good news for you!
The Oola's Organic Recipe Notebook series is written by a typical office worker named Oola, who has become wildly popular. Oola has come up with three-step recipes for meals you can make even when you work late, and each meal has more vegetables than the recommended daily intake. These magical recipes have lots of ingredients that will make you healthier and your skin more beautiful!
A full-time office worker herself, Oola suggests delicious meals that don't take long to prepare. The recipes don't contain meat or fish, but they taste good and will leave you completely satisfied. The portions are also large! Oola's recipes have all been very well received, so go ahead and try them out!

From the Table of Contents:
- Watercress and Chinese noodle salad
- Spinach and tomato curry
- Zucchini miso cutlets
- Cucumber with citron and pepper spring rolls
- Vegetable namul
- Pumpkin fondue
- Radish steak "onion pepperoni sauce"
- Avocado and plum mayonnaise pasta
- Radish and plum salad
- Jam, seasoned rice condiments, pickles and many more

A word from the editor:
During the photo shoot for this book, all the staff were left speechless when they witnessed such well-presented meals being prepared in an unbelievably short time - and they're definitely delicious! When tasting, we enjoyed the food so much that we almost forgot we were at work. There was a lot of food on the table when we started, but it quickly disappeared. The food in no way had the bland taste you might expect from a vegetarian diet. I recommend this book to working women and busy mothers. I think I'll give a copy to all my friends!
Author:Tomoko Shoji (Oola)
Tomoko Shoji (Oola) is an office worker who is also a blogger. Her mother an excellent cook and her father a man who enjoys his evening drink, Oola grew up eating home-cooked meals that go well with sake.
In 2007, Oola started writing her own blog called Oola's Organic Recipe Notebook, and the unique, unconventional recipes have garnered a lot of attention. With the motto "Keep it simple and delicious!" she continues to suggest recipes that are centered on vegetables.
