Everyone will somehow battle with old age-or so many people believe. But this is a huge misconception. The ability to maintain youth is inborn. In other words, from the day you're born until the day you die, your body is equipped with the power to reverse the aging process.

Our bodies get weak when they lose their ability to produce energy. Whether it's walking, running, thinking, or loving-we need energy for everything we do. When energy is used up, we can no longer think, our concentration drops, our bodies weaken, and on top of that, the body's ability to keep old age at bay also decreases.

If you look at it another way, however, enhancing our ability to produce energy not only increases physical power but also causes the body to become youthful and healthy. This ability to produce energy is what's behind the body's capacity to fend off old age.

Energy is produced in the mitochondria, part of the cell structure. For that reason, our bodies are designed so that increasing the mitochondria results in youthfulness and health.

Not only that, the ways to do it are all simple!

1. Exercise in a cold place.
2. Learn how to do yoga or ballroom dancing.
3. Stretch your back muscles when you are sitting and standing
4. Fast during weekends
5. Enter a bath after leaving a sauna.
6. Do maguro (tuna) training (steady, non-aerobic exercise).
7. Take a short sprint before doing aerobics exercise.
8. Eat green, red and yellow vegetables -they're good for you.

Mitochondria have been the focus of study in the scientific and medical fields in recent years. Based on recent findings, this book introduces simple methods whose results begin to show after just one week. It is a must-read for health-conscious people.
From the editor:
I've heard of them before, but I have no idea what they do-that's what I thought when I heard the word "mitochondria" for the first time in years. As I listened to the doctor talking about mitochondria, I wondered why people didn't know this. Mitochondria play an important role in our health. In addition to preventing cancer and sickness, mitochondria are vital for dieting, beauty, and even for preventing dementia.
Go ahead and find out about mitochondria. I think that before long, you'll see a significant change in your body.
