About the Book:
"Playing princess" is a three-month self-development program that involves role-playing for two minutes in the morning and three minutes in the evening. First, you play both the part of the princess and the part of the butler at the same time. As you pretend to be a princess, you'll be able to confirm your own desires and re-examine your inner self. When you bring in the prince in the second month and play the part of the princess, you'll nurture your femininity. Then you'll become a real princess-a privileged woman who has achieved true love and good fortune-admired by those around you.
You can do this whether you're in your teens, 20s, 30s, 40s or 50s. It doesn't matter if you're even in your 60s or 70s-you can do this as long as you're a woman.
By becoming a princess, your partner can also become a hero. Find happiness by playing princess!

From the Editor:
"At first, I thought that the idea of playing princess was nonsense. But as I continued to do it for a while, I started to feel calm, and I met the man I am currently in a relationship with. What surprised me the most is that he said the exact same thing that the prince said." (From Y, in her 40s)
That is a quotation from someone who played princess. When I saw the manuscript for the book, I also wondered what "playing princess" was all about. However, I got more and more drawn into the book as I read it. Certainly, modern women are busy with so many things that they end up showing their masculine side too much. Playing princess will acquaint you with your feminine side and help you to maintain a balance between the two. The author herself has found a lot of happiness in her life by applying this method.
